Caecal perforation with a large stercolith

90 yr old lady reported with loose motions and pain in abdomen
CT scan abd showed a big stercolith at the base of appendix with caecal inflammation

Diagnostic lap showed big perforations in caecum hence decided ileacaecal resection.
