Choledochal cyst

A 23 yr old female patient was admitted under my care at Bombay hospital indore with several episodes of abdominal pain.

On CT scan shows a fusiform dilatation of commonbileduct diagnosed as choledochal cyst

Excision of choledochal cyst with cholecystectomy done. Choledochojejunostomy Roux en Y done to restore bile drainage.
