Pneumanectomy

A patient of 24 years was referred to dr Ashutosh Soni of minimally invasive surgery centre Bombay hospital Indore  

Narendra Mewada was suffering from pyopneumothorax left side for last 1 year. He is a chronic smoker 

He was on anti tubercular treatment with no improvement for last 6-7 months.

Thoracotomy was planned for pneumanectomy
